- The Order ID (found in your Paddle receipt).
3. Processing Refunds
Once your request is received:
- We will process it within 3 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
5. Exceptions
