1. Introduction & Relationship with Paddle

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website uravin.me and the "Mandus Import Copilot" service.

Important: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and payment-related returns. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Paddle’s terms of use.

3. Services and Delivery Terms

Uravin provides digital automated reports and analysis of legal entities registered in mainland China.

  • Delivery Format: All products are digital PDF files or web-interface data displays. No physical shipping is involved.
  • Timeline: Service is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Standard reports are typically generated and delivered within 1–5 minutes.
  • Access: Digital receipts and notifications are sent via the web interface or to your registered email address.

4. Transaction Currency & Payments

All prices are indicated in USD ($). If your card is linked to an account in another currency, the amount will be converted by your card issuer at their prevailing exchange rate.

Your payment data is encrypted and processed by our payment operator (Paddle). At no time is your full card data stored on or accessible to our servers.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Uravin, we strive for high accuracy, but due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Right of Withdrawal: Since our service provides instant digital access, once a Company Verification Report has been generated and delivered, the service is considered fully rendered. In accordance with consumer protection laws, by accessing the report, you express your consent to waive your right of withdrawal.
  • Refund Eligibility: You are entitled to a full refund or a free re-run of the search only if:
    1. The report was not delivered within 24 hours due to a technical failure of our system.
    2. A double payment occurred for the same service due to a system error.
    3. The report contains significant data errors that do not match official public records at the time of the request.
  • How to request a refund: Contact us at info@uravin.me within 14 days of your purchase with your transaction ID. All refunds are initiated through Paddle.com.

6. Complaint Resolution Procedure

If you are dissatisfied, we use a structured 3-step process:

  1. Submission: Contact us at info@uravin.me with your transaction ID and issue description.
  2. Review: Our team will acknowledge the request within 24–48 hours and verify technical logs.
  3. Resolution: If the complaint is valid, we will re-generate the report or initiate a refund. We aim to resolve all issues within 7 business days.

7. User Responsibilities & Legal Restrictions

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our service complies with all local, national, and international laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Uravin reports are provided for business intelligence purposes and should not be the sole basis for legal or financial decisions. We shall not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from the user's non-compliance with their local laws.
